Ordering & Customization
Can I customize the packaging with my event or company logo?
Yes, once you've placed your order, we will ask you for your logo and we will create a digital mockup for your review.
What is the minimum order quantity for co-branded trail mix?
The minimum order is 200. However if you are looking for a lower quantity, please reach out and we will see what we can do.
How far in advance should I place my order?
At this time, we are booking 8 weeks in advance.
Can I mix and match different trail mix flavors in one order?
Yes you sure can, simply add the flavours you would like to your order and we will also adjust the discount accordingly based on the total quantity.
What are the available packaging sizes and materials?
Each bag is 3.15 x 5.12 x 1.97 in / 80 x 130 x 50 mm and includes 40g of trail mix
Pricing & Discounts
Do you offer bulk discounts for larger orders?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts listed below:
- 400 - 10% discount
- 1000 - 20% discount
- 2500 - 25% discount
For orders over 2500, please contact us directly for exclusive pricing.
Are there additional costs for branding and customization?
No, adding your logo to the package has no additional cost
Can I request a sample before placing a large order?
We provide a digital mockup for your package before finalizing your order. If you would like a sample of the package without the co-branding, we can send one before submitting your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship, and what are the estimated delivery times?
We ship across Canada and most locations take 3-4 business days once the order has been complete. We can also provide priority shipping where needed at an additional cost.
Do you offer expedited shipping for last-minute event needs?
Yes, however, we may not be able to co-brand your packages in time. If you have an event in under the 8-week turn around time, please reach out directly to see if we can accommodate your order.
How is the product packaged for safe delivery?
Each package is waterproof and heat sealed for your attendees ensuring the trail mix is fresh and ready to eat. We pack the bags into boxes carefully so they will not be bent or damaged before your event. Any damage to the shipping boxes will need to be addressed by the shipper directly.

Are the ingredients natural and free from artificial additives?
Yes, all of our ingredients are natural and free from any artificial additives
Do you offer nut-free or allergy-friendly options?
Not at this time, however if you need any of these options, please reach out to us directly and we can look into some alternatives for your event.
What is the shelf life of the trail mix?
10 months
How should the trail mix be stored for freshness?
The trail mix should be stored away from direct sunlight and in low humidity, just like your pantry at home.
